Description
AIC2833B is a fully integrated, high efficiency peak 3.0A synchronous rectification buck converter. AIC2833B works efficiently in a wide output current load range.
The device provides two operating modes, namely pulse width modulation (PWM) control and power factor correction (PFM) mode switching control, which can achieve high efficiency in a wider load range.

Description
AIC2385 is a low noise, pulse width modulation (PWM) DC-DC buck converter. The device has an adjustable version.
The device uses an internal synchronous rectifier with high efficiency; no external Schottky diode is required. AIC2385 is very suitable for lithium ion battery applications. PWM / PSM mode extends battery life by switching to pulse skip modulation mode during light loads. Shutdown mode keeps the device in standby and reduces the power supply current to less than 1uA.

Description
AIC22262 is an adaptive time-controlled synchronous buck converter. The device uses an internal synchronous rectifier, high efficiency, does not require external Schottky diodes.
The AIC22262 main control loop uses adaptive on-time control, which provides fast transient response without the need for external compensation components. Low impedance internal MOSFET supports high efficiency operation. AIC22262 has a dedicated circuit, the device can be adapted to all ceramic capacitors.

Description
The AIC6163 integrates an 85-megaohm high-side power switch for self-powered and bus-powered universal serial bus (USB) applications. The input voltage range of this switch is 3.2V to 6.5V, which is ideal for 5V systems.
